Milan Malpensa

1. There are two terminals at Malpensa airport - Terminals 1 and 2. If you have booked a shuttle transfer then these always drop off and pick up from Exit 7 in Terminal 1. To get from terminal 2 to terminal 1 is very easy as there is a shuttle bus approximately every 15 minutes.
2. To get to the bus stop that takes you between the terminals, when you come out of the baggage hall doors. turn left and exit the terminal building next to the pharmacy, then go across the zebra crossing and you will see the bus stop to take you to terminal 1 - the bus is free of charge and takes 5 minutes to get between the terminals.

1. If you need to get to the train station this is situated 100 metres from the bus stop.

**Please note. Transfers booked less than 96 hours in advance must be confirmed by email first

1. Transfer times are approximate and can be quicker or take longer depending on traffic and weather conditions. We reserve the right to bring coach times forward by up to 2 hours for operational reasons if required - without reason - 24 hours notice will always be given. (From Livigno to Airport direction only).
2. All transfers - each person has a luggage limit of 25kg suitcase plus normal hand luggage (rucksack size) - if you have extra bags or ski or snowboard bags please send us an email after booking so we can reserve the extra space - failure to do so in advance may mean that we are unable to take extra baggage.
3. For ski or snowboard bags for the Airport Shuttle and Livigno Ski Coach there is a 5€ supplement each way added which we will send a payment link for after booking
4. For baby seats/ car seats - sometimes a supplement of 20€ per trip may be added. You will be notified after booking if required.
5. For private transfers of 9 people or more - if arriving into Milan after 1800hrs - a supplement of 50€ per hour may be added after booking (eg - arrive 8pm, extra 100€). This is not always applied so please email us for confirmation
6. For private transfers of 8 people or less - the vehicle can hold a maximum of 8 x suitcases plus 8 x hand luggage - we can provide a trailer for 110€ should you have excess luggage - this fee can be added on after the booking has been made by email. Or we suggest for comfort and space you make the reservation for 10 people which will provide a 13 seater minibus for your transfer.
7. Once you have made a booking for a transfer, we will then contact you 3 days before arrival with all the information/vouchers you require.
8. Airport Shuttle drop off and picks will be at Centro Sci Fondo unless you have emailed us with your accommodation address where we will allocate the closest pick up.
9. Livigno Ski Coach services will pick up and drop off at your accommodation wherever possible - please email us the address of your hotel after booking. (otherwise all pick up and drops off will be from Centro Sci Fondo.)
