Our overall impression, from our first contact via email, is your responsiveness and attention to detail. We have been very impressed with how this carried through to 'on the snow' contact.. IE both you and Paul this year and in addition Diego and Annabel (if we have remembered their names correctly) from last year. We all feel that you had everything well organized and for us especially coming from the States, there is always an apprehension that something will go amiss. This just didn't happen, thank you.We loved the all-in-one package - with lessons, ski pass, equipment rental etc. and appreciated that we saw your friendly faces every morning as we turned up for ski school. We definitely felt our family was part of a bigger group and through that group, we were able to meet some lovely people. As for the apartment this year, we couldn't have been happier. We realize that we 'got lucky' with a cancellation. The apartment was very well appointed. We met the owners (Guana Foto) and they couldn't have been nicer. Being new of course everything was in tip top condition, but beyond that it is obvious that the owners went 'above and beyond' in appointing the condo with every luxury we could have wanted (from a warm environment to Sauna, wine fridge and espresso machines). We were also welcomed with a 'much appreciated ' meats and cheese basket, along with a fridge pre-stocked with water and milk. Overall we would sincerely give this 10/10 and would be more than happy to stay again in the future.
