I couldn't rate this trip more highly. It was the best way to spend Christmas 2023. Firstly, the hotel: Gallis Centro. I stayed here 20 years ago, under previous ownership and chose to come back because of the prime location within Livigno. It is located at the bottom of lifts, close by to bars, cafes, shops and apres ski activities. It was a pleasant surprise to see the hotel had been completely renovated and to such a high standard. The food is delicious, reasonably priced; the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped and the staff are so kind. It's a relatively small hotel, with only 11 rooms, making your stay so much more personal. Livigno itself has everything you need. We were a two-family group and not all skiers so it was important for us to have a few other activities to enjoy alongside the skiing. We booked husky sledding and snowmobiles, as well as some apres ski parties and tobogganing which were so much fun. Livigno has other activities too - a bowling alley, wellbeing spa and ice skating - but we just couldn't fit it all in! The whole trip ran so smoothly, from start to finish, because of the care and attention from Livigno Ski Holidays. Steve and Paul were so helpful and made everything so easy for us. From transfers to ski lessons, activities to taxis, they sorted it all. Their office is just up the road from Gallis but they were out and about too, checking in with guests and making sure we were all ok. Wonderful customer service.

We stayed as a group of 7 for 1 week over Christmas. As a group we had some different expectations from the holiday ranging from non skiers to experienced skiers. Steve and Paul were able to meet all the expectations of the group. From initial booking the correspondence was extremely responsive and helpful. By the time we arrived our experience had been first class. All bookings made and confirmed. Our transfer was waiting at the airport and delivered us to the team. They helped us with our arrivals and by the first evening we had everything we needed for the week. Every morning Steve or Paul would be at the hotel and be on hand for any questions and every evening they had organised après ski activities. We took part in a few of these and highly recommend them. Especially the tobogganing evening. The choice of hotel was perfect. Unbeatable location next to the slopes and ski school. Good friendly service all week. Nice and clean. All in all we could have asked for better service and were already looking to book the same again next year.
