We are a family group of 7 with teenagers and kids age 23. We always book our ski holiday separately ie flights, transfers, equipment hire and ski pass. When we can across this company who we booked our chalets with they offered us other services. There was no pressure to purchase and I like to research to ensure we are getting good value for money. I ended up booking chalet, transfers, equipment and lift passes all with the company as they were more competitive than I could get. That said it’s not always about the price, the service and communication was second to none. During the booking process I dealt with English owner Steve (I didn’t know he was the owner). I could t believe when I sent emails after office hours that I got a response. I ended up having to change our dates as my son GCSE exams got changed and this was not a bother all reassuringly done in an email. When we arrived at the airport driver waiting at the airport, great comfortable transfer to Livingo. Taken to the office met Steve, Paul and the team. Picked up the ski passes Shown where to collect our equipment, we were driven to our chalet and the owner met us showed us around and how to work heating etc. they even had a print out for us of the apres ski bars and entertainment which helped make the ski trip extra special. The chalet Emma was a great location, great facilities, very good facilities washing machine, kitchen etc. As a family of regular travellers and skiers I would 💯 recommend this company and let them organise transfers, equipment and ski passes it saves so much time on your first day, and you won’t purchase anywhere else cheaper! Thanks Steve and the team, we will definitely be booking again!
